Pesciolino

The Pesciolino is a state of mind. Probably the board that represents me more than any other.
It’s a twin fin I like to ride short. Fast. Loose. Happy in everything from beach breaks to points.
I shaped the first one in 2016 after watching Asher Pacey surf a little aqua twin. I don’t remember the model. I remember the feeling.
It was short. Skatey. Incredibly fast.
The following year I was in Bali and showed my first Pesciolino to Thomas Bexon. He picked it up, looked at it for a while and told me he’d add a subtle bump. It was something he had only recently started experimenting with after talking to Ryan Burch.
I’ve never really stopped working on that board.
Every Pesciolino has taught me something. Every one has left something for the next.
The original idea is still there. Everything else has been refined over time.
Today it rides exactly the way I want it to. Quick. Loose. Alive under my feet. It doesn’t feel like the fish I grew up riding, and it was never meant to.
Since 2024 I’ve also been building a fuller version for surfers who want a little more foam without losing what makes the Pesciolino what it is. The volume has been redistributed to keep the same feeling as the shorter version.

My Pesciolino is 5'3" x 20" 1/4 x 2" 1/2. I’m 1.83 m tall (6'0") and usually weigh around 78–80 kg (172–176 lbs).

Please note: The measurements in the size chart refer to stock sizes; when creating a custom board, these serve as the starting point for tailoring the board to the specific surfer.
